ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ดังต่อไปนี้จึงจะมีสิทธิ์ในฐานะสมาชิกของโครงการบรรเทาหนี้ของ DRL และการสมัครจะต้องทำระหว่างวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2562 ถึง 31 มกราคม 2563. ใบสมัครทั้งหมดจะได้รับการตอบกลับภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงเพื่อแจ้งผลให้ทราบ

เกณฑ์สมาชิก

1. ผู้กู้เป็นบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีงานทำหรือมีรายได้
2. ผู้กู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 65 ปี
3. ผู้กู้มีหนี้ไม่มีหลักประกันต่ำกว่า 3 ล้านบาท
4. ผู้กู้มีหนี้ด้วยบัตรเครดิตบัตรเงินสดหรือสินเชื่อส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่มีหลักประกันผ่านธนาคารพาณิชย์ซึ่งผิดนัดชำระ (หนี้สูญ) ผ่านการไม่ชำระเงินหรือไม่มีการชำระขั้นต่ำ
5. หนี้จะต้องอยู่กับสถาบันการธนาคารที่จดทะเบียน (ไม่มีสินเชื่อภาคเอกชน)
6. เงินกู้ของผู้กู้จะต้องเป็นค่าเริ่มต้น (ไม่มีการชำระเงิน) อย่างน้อย 60 วัน
7. ไม่มีการตัดสินของศาลในเรื่องผิดนัดใด ๆ
